1. No Water Baloons or Super Soakers. |
2. Numbers to be placed on Starboard side of boat. |
3. Single file - fifty feet between boats. |
4. Seven miles per hour. |
5. Gather at 5:00 PM at Saunder's Marina. |
6. Parade starts at 6 PM. |
